I got the book Log Cabin Quilting from the the library and one of the projects is pot holders. Inspired by those images, I turned those 4 log cabin blocks I made a while back into these two bright potholders.
I chose to do a square-swirl of quilting that mimics the log cabin block. The binding was a little bit tricky for me (guess I need more practice) but I'm overall happy with the result. :)
